His diverse experience spans supply and logistics, systems analysis, programming, process improvement, and management analysis.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and an MBA, combining strategic business insight with deep technical expertise. He is known for his ability to identify operational inefficiencies, develop data-driven solutions, and implement innovations that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
